SENTINEL MEDICAL AND ITS AFFILIATES SELL PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL DEVICES AND AS SUCH IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO DETERMINE THE SUITABILITY OF THE DEVICE FOR THEIR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS. SENTINEL AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO CLAIM AS TO THE ACCURACY OF THE DEVICES. THE BUYER SHOULD DETERMINE IF ANY MEDICAL DEVICE SOLD BY SENTINEL WILL WORK FOR THEIR INTENDED PURPOSE. WE WILL PROVIDE ANY ASSISTANCE WE CAN IN THE CHOICE OF EQUIPMENT - HOWEVER WE MAKE NO SUITABILITY CLAIMS WHATSOEVER FOR ANY DEVICE WE SELL. ONCE SHIPPED - ANY ITEMS SOLD BY US IS CONSIDERED SOLD AND WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SENTINEL WARRANTY
All Cholestech equipment sold by Sentinel Medical Sales comes with a one-year warranty unless otherwise indicated. Our warranty starts the day you receive your equipment. We cover electrical and mechanical function of the LDX analyzers and printers we sell. We do not cover LDX or printer tray doors that are jammed or broken when we receive them for repair. We do not cover equipment that has been damaged or shows signs of physical abuse in any manner, or water or liquid damage. We do not warranty equipment that comes improperly packed for shipment - it is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that any medical equipment sent back to us is package properly. If equipment is sent to us improperly packaged - we will charge a service charge to correct any issues caused by improper shipping. Sentinel Medical shall be the sole determiner of cause of damage. If you have any questions on how to properly package any equipment for return - contact us BEFORE you ship it out. Unless otherwise indicated, we ship all products within 7 - 10 business days. Note - service and warranty customers outside the 48 continuous states and international customers are responsible for all shipping costs to us for repair and return shipping back to them. Certain medical items have restricted use, contact us with any questions.
RETURNS
If you have a unit purchased from us and it is not functioning properly - please call or email us and we will send you a return label so you can ship the unit back to us. If we determine the cause of the issue to be covered under warranty - we will repair or replace the equipment with a similar unit. If any improperly returned equipment is not able to be fixed - this voids the warranty. Note - Sentinel Medical shall provide a shipping label for authorized warranty returns. This will be emailed to customer. Since we are not at customer's facility packing and shipping the unit - we are not the shipper and are not responsible for any shipping damage.
